Supreme Court stays inmate Vernon Madison’s execution with 5-3 vote, sends case back to lower courts to determine if inmate is mentally unfit for punishment of death penalty. Madison claims multiple strokes in prison have left him unable to remember the crime he would be punished for.

very interesting and unfortunate, but he did do the crime.. whether he wants(or can) to remember or not.
