Daunte Wright to be remembered at Minneapolis funeral

Hundreds of mourners wearing COVID-19 masks gathered in honor of Daunte Wright, the young Black man shot by police during a traffic stop in suburban Minneapolis. Civil rights leader Rev. Al Sharpton was to deliver the eulogy. U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey also attended the ceremony. Security was provided by members of an armed team of local men.

This is an excellent example of the local community using firearms to defend their interests and ways of life. I will happily engage in a robust conversation with anyone who thinks expanding ownership is a bad idea. Or is it only bad when white people have guns?
