Boulder shooting suspect facing 43 more charges

Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, the Boulder shooting suspect is facing 43 more charges, nearly a month after he reportedly went on a shooting rampage in a King Soopers supermarket that left 10 people dead. The 21-year-old has already been charged with 10 counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder in the attack. He is accused of opening fire on the supermarket with a Ruger AR-556 pistol

Talk about piling on. 10 charges of first degree murder - and plenty of evidence to prove it - should be adequate for the trial.
