Democrats plan to demand Trump’s tax returns in about two weeks

A Democratic member of the House of Representatives tax committee said on Tuesday that he believed his panel would ask for President Trump’s tax returns in as little as two weeks. Representative Bill Pascrell has led efforts on the tax-writing House Ways and Means Committee to seek Trump’s returns over the past two years. The Trump administration is widely expected to refuse such a request.

We're back to this? Guess it's 2016 all over again, but can I really blame them for being desperate when Mueller’s investigation is practically dead in the water.

Dems will keep digging and slinging mud - the hate is incredible, just like in the Kavanaugh hearing, but so much more malignant.

Not a requirement to run for office. It should be illegal for any entity to subpoena IRS records on a whim, this is nothing short of a fishing exercise.

The fact that he didn't release his tax return yet is kinda strange. It looks like he have something to hide or maybe he is just giving the democrats something to bitch about for no reason.Just to slam Pelosi and rest of this circus in the face with it later

oo! This would easily go to the supreme court! I believe in transparancy for who wants to lead America. But maybe I don't see the big deal about showing your tax returns- it really shows that you've been paying your taxes like an American citizen should.
