Australia to send 57 refugees deemed a threat to island detention

Australian PM Scott Morrison said on Wednesday that 57 male asylum seekers deemed to be a security risk will be sent to a remote Pacific island detention center for medical treatment instead of Australia. The men have been accused of crimes such as sexual assault and posting extremist imagery online.

Australians sending people to island prison, rings of irony. Though I agree they don't need any more traitorous immigrants like the Chinese.

You yanks are just jealous that we have a much better wall than you will ever have. It’s called the ocean baby!

For posting extremist imagery online!?! That is a crime to lock someone away on a foreign island detention facility! Holy crap. Next we will send all who appose our misguided leadership to the "Lord of the flies" island. Scary stuff. At first I thought it was going to say murderers and serial rapists, but then I saw and online political cartoon posters and was thoroughly shocked.

Send ISIS brides there too. If you are a terrorist, rapist, murderer or pedophile, just stay where you are. No country wants you.

Hang on... didn't the Liberals try to pass a law against this exact thing not long ago but failed? Why are they now supporting it? What?
