Hundreds attend Daunte Wright’s funeral in Minneapolis

Hundreds of people, including activists, attended the funeral of Daunte Wright – a 20-year-old black man who was shot dead by a white policewoman in Minneapolis on April 11. Reverend Al Sharpton, a veteran civil rights leader who led George Floyd’s funeral last year, delivered the eulogy at the Shiloh Temple International Ministries. Sharpton said, ’The absence of justice is the absence of peace.’

Wonder if the woman he assaulted and robbed at gunpoint thought he was a 'jokester'

Really!!! Maybe this part of the problem, instead of systemic racism, that black folks define family man and good spirited as pranks and the occassional violemt crime and resisting and running from police.

Yeah ima not pretend like this was a good man. The family shouldn’t pretend like he’s innocent for clout. He deserves to be mourned but don’t pretend he was this innocent soul. People deserve to know his grievous sins.

A society that celebrates thugs as heroes for the only reason that they met with a premature death while trying to escape the police is a very sick society. It sets very bad role models for the next generation and will have terrible consequences in the long term. Sharpton, Crump et alia are playing with dynamite

Oh man, just like Kamala Harris saying she is "so proud" of Jacob Blake. Why are they always glorifying criminals.
