School children highlight climate crisis

Thousands of school children around the world unite together to underscore the challenge of climate change. Informed, and encouraged, by the new report from the Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change last October these students protested about the dire predicament the human species faces this century.

Teaching the youth of the world early how not to get things done,...go protest something you don’t know about. Well done.

I'm in favor for all these idiots to go live in the woods, away from all the dirty civilization.

Rise up and avoid classes! The best way to fix the world is to hit the streets in a city with signs instead of hitting the books and then hitting the fields where trees need to be replanted, where industry filters need to be installed, where alternative and cleaner energy production installations need to be designed, built, and maintained, and funded by specialized foundations controlled by an agency which makes sure the money ain't filling personal pockets instead. That's the way to go! The easier way! The street way for eco-bums! While these children are learning to skip class meanwhile, engineers are toiling trying to fix everything mentioned understaffed and under-supported because the dumbasses are too busy tweeting and holding street signs instead of helping them with hands and feet next to them.

SERIOUSLY? Kids on strike!!! Quick everybody hit the stores and stock up on bottles of water and food staples, society as we understand it is going to grind to a halt. 1. Climate Change is psuedo-science along the lines of the moon being made of cheese. If the winter was too cold and we were worried about the consequences how much carbon would we have to emit to raise the temperatures? If the summer was going to be too hot and we were worried about the consequences how much in carbon emissions would we need to restrict to lower the temperatures? Nobody knows because it isn't a fixed science, it's theories that nobody REALLY understands. 2. In the U.S. they've already drastically reduced carbon emissions BY TONS, way more than anyone else in the world so when is everyone going to take this problem seriously? I don't know maybe when it's a serious problem, and not a really good way to hamstring the economic power and influence of this country. Climate Change is nothing more than a "good excuse" for a Globalist power grab

It's sad how propagandized these kids are into believing this garbage. They're going to use this climate change BS as an excuse to enslave mankind, and they'll be begging for it.

It is spring break here, I haven’t seen any protests. Maybe it was just a reason to not be in school? 🤔

Ask those students to give up their phones, cars, refrigerators and heat & Ac or stfu & gtfo.

lmao they’re huge hypocrites. they’re using signs that use up natural resources, wear clothes that require fossil fuels to make. if you really wanted to advocate for climate change, you wouldn’t be using electricity, roads, or basically anything that people use everyday. just the fact that they post about this online is so ironic.

Climate changes... That's what it does. First they called it what, global warming? Think that's what they said when I was in school. That my later life would consist of me having to stay inside or face sunburn because even sun block wouldn't help much. Then we go through an era of cooling and global warming doesn't fit... So they changed it to "climate change". So congratulations on protesting a natural occurrence guys. Job well done.

Usually these events are organized by the teachers and the kids are just happy to be out of school. Doomsday cult leaders must appreciate having an impressionable, photogenic captive audience.

Skipping school won’t convince China or India to clean up. Until they’re on board, you’re just wasting valuable class time and tax dollars. Back to class, dummies!

That's right, kids. skimp on your education so you can advocate for an issue that requires more education to fully understand and appreciate. Their educators should be charged with negligence of their duties.
