Father and son who fled Syria are among victims in New Zealand massacre

A father and his teenage son have been buried as the first funerals take place for victims of the New Zealand terror attack. Khalid Mustafa, 44, and Hamza Mustafa, 15, were Syrian refugees and were among those killed in last Friday’s attack at two Christchurch mosques. Younger brother, Zaed, 13, attended the service on a wheelchair after being shot in the leg.

Isn't it illegal to announce the victims names? Legit question not trying to be an ass

Yet we hear nothing about the attacks on Christians by Islamic militants on a every 1-2 week schedule like clockwork for literally centuries to the tune of approximately 20,000 dead every year. Instead we hear about this or the 18 killed last year by white supremacists. This is such propagandized bull I can't stand it and it kills my ability to feel empathy for these actions. I condemn the act, but I wish they would condemn all of them not just cherry pick.

Is this news? I can't see why them being from Syria or Southampton, refuges or otherwise has anything to do with anything... Did they have fingers too? Bizarre story.
