Wisconsin judge blocks Republican bid to weaken governor

A judge in Wisconsin on Thursday blocked a legislation passed by Republican lawmakers in December intended to curb the powers of newly elected Democratic Governor Tony Evers. The judge called the measures unconstitutionally approved. The governor immediately moved to withdraw Wisconsin from a multi state lawsuit that seeks to overturn the Obamacare healthcare law.

Well that is stupid. The legislature simply took the powers that it had one time erroneously delegated to the governor. Hacktivist judges at work again.

It's not illegal for a lameduck legislature to pass laws. This judge should be disbarred.

AWWW. The idiotic attempt to continue last ditch efforts to block the will of the voters failed. It makes me laugh when I think about what the right wing ranters would be saying if the shoe was on the other foot.
