Israel, Hamas agree to truce via Egyptian mediators

Israel and Palestinian militant group Hamas have agreed to a ceasefire brokered by Egypt. This comes after a spike in tension recently. Israeli warplanes have been conducting air raids across the Gaza Strip in response to a rocket attack that took place near Tel Aviv early Monday.

HAMAS must need the time to get more rockets.

I’m surprised Israel hasn’t justified war yet. Imagine if Mexico had people launching rockets at El Paso or Zapata. Would you want peace? No. You’d want whoever responsible apprehended and tried.

1. Hamas is a terrorist org, not "militants" 2. Israel's elections is coming in April. A war could sway votes unpredictably. 3. It's Iran, they suspect, to both snub Egypt and to stick it to Israel.

In other words, hamas were getting hammered (good- fu(king terrorist scum) and needed to regroup and re-org. Iran will now have a go. Why can Israel have peace, they’ve offered so so much to the Palestinians 5 times and the Arab league have rejected it, and will ONLY accept it when ‘Israel and its people are pushed into the sea’ Disgusting terrorist bastards.
