Chicago police frustrated after charges against Jussie Smollett were dropped

Chicago police expressed frustration when all charges made against Jussie Smollett for falsely reporting that he was a victim of a hate crime were dropped March 26. The prosecutors claimed they made a deal with the defense where if Smollett forfeited his $10,000 bond and completed 16 hours of community service, they would drop the charges. Smollett and his defense continue to express his innocence

No emotion, how about just the facts. He has now made life a whole lot harder for anyone be trying to report a hate crime and he gets to just walk

Smollet is acting as this proves his innocence and he is exonerated. He still has served community service, and forfeited $10,000... this along with the fact he paid the brothers, with a CHEQUE, surely indicates his guilt?
