Facebook charged with housing discrimination by feds

The feds charged Facebook on Thursday with violating the Fair Housing Act by ’encouraging, enabling and causing’ discrimination in advertising on its platforms. The charges come a week after the tech giant announced that it would overhaul its ad-targeting systems to tackle discrimination in housing, credit and employment ads.

They're trying to hit Big Tech anyway they can. They need to simply reclassify them as a publisher.

Am I being cynical when I think that fb banning white nationalism a few days ago was them getting out ahead of their own “racism” story a few days later? A down payment for their sins against the church of multiculturalism.

Facebook ads give me the heebie jeebies. I never see an actual product, always feminism, fruits, blacks, Islam or Judaism. It's always a virtue signaling organization attempting to guilt you into donating. Why are they still asking for money to get bread and blankets for victims of an event that happened 70+ years ago? Really?

I don't get why some links are labeled "left, right or center," and some are labeled "mainstream." What's with that? Are the "left" and "right" ones not mainstream? Fox and CNN aren't mainstream?
