Bump stock ban will not be blocked by Supreme Court

The bump stock ban will stand as the Supreme Court will not block the ban. 2 requests to the Supreme Court were denied by justices. The bump stock ban follows the actions of a Las Vegas shooting where a rifle with a bump stock attached was used.

Ban belt loops and hands, since both can be used to bumpfire as well.

Why..... There's absolutely no reason to ban them.

Under this law a bump stock by itself is considered the same thing as a fully automatic firearm. You could literally have a bump stock and no firearm and be charged as if you had an illegal automatic weapon. Does that sound like "common sense gun law"?

Good, bump stocks were a stupid idea from their creation. How the hell did they pass the government regulations in the first place? they effectively help a semi-automatic become a fully automatic.

Good thing mine encountered a boating accident then. Oops.

fair enough. For as long as the law is saying, no automatic weapons, then it should prevent the existence of modifications designed for no purposes other than circumvention of the law. bump stocks wouldn't exist without the first stupid law, but that law must be upheld.

this is just a step towards banning semi-auto weapons(1 trigger pull-1 bullet) those who are ignorant are willingly ignorant.

When RBG finally is discovered to be an animatronic Disney creation we can replace her with someone who won't treat the Second Amendment as an orphan.

This should be good for lagging gun sales.
