Guatemalan girl, 7, who died at US border had a bacterial infection

An autopsy report released on Friday stated that the death of a 7-year-old Guatemalan girl in US federal custody in December was caused by strep-induced sepsis. Jakelin Caal traveled with her father to a remote stretch of US border in Antelope Wells, New Mexico, where they turned themselves in to border agents. Caal grew increasingly ill subsequently and died on December 8.

bacterial infection takes time to take hold. She must have been carrying the infection in her system for a much longer time then she was with the border patrol. Agents can hardly be blamed for pre-existing conditions of illegal intruders.

When you want to come to America make sure you do two things: 1. arrange for safe travel for you and your kin. 2. Do things the legal way. Don’t just yeet across the border. Violation of the law will not be tolerated.

Don’t bring your kids when you try to travel through the desert to enter our country illegally. They’ll blame our country but the parents killed their kid and should burn for it.

The left and right wing headlines are sickening. The left tries to blame ICE again, yet we know it was a condition that she had for a while.
