California hospital secretly filmed 81 women, some undressed and giving birth

A lawsuit filed by 81 women against a California hospital accuses the center of using hidden cameras to film them while they were being examined by physicians, undergoing surgery and even giving birth. A lawyer representing the women claims as many as 1,800 women may have been filmed between July 2012 and June 2013.

They should stop complaining and accept the socialism they signed up for. Your just property of the state. Who cares if they want to record you for research without your knowledge , property has no rights. They should feel honored to give themselves to the greater good.

I hope they hospital gets sued into oblivion. Too many hospitals and medical professionals think they are above the laws of consent.

This will come as a shock to many, but I'm actually old enough to remember when California was a leader in policy for the country and it had great schools, low taxes, and a real respect from the rest of the country. Now I don't even know if we have a state like that anymore.

The actually story is better than the headline. Basically a hidden camera set to catch a drug thief obviously filmed a lot more. Still not the brightest idea.

I am not too shocked about this, they would have cameras to make sure there is no malpractice and to make sure no more staff rape coma patients. I like how it is only Fox says it's just claims due to nothing being set yet till the evidence is out. Not shocking though really, due to left leaning news sources prefer judgment without evidence. I honestly doubt these are for pornographic purposes, but maybe more will come to light in the future.
