Texas chemical plant fire kills one, injures two

One worker was killed and two others critically injured when a tank holding a flammable chemical caught on fire at a Texas plant Tuesday. Authorities said a transfer line ignited in the area of a tank of isobutylene which then caught on fire. The plant, operated by chemical company KMCO, is the second such facility near Houston to go up in flames in a month.
