Mormons repeal ban on baptisms for children of gay parents

The Mormon church will allow the children of LGBT parents to be baptized, but will not sanction same-sex marriage. The decision, announced on Thursday, reverses a 2015 policy that deemed same-sex couples to be apostates of the faith, which made their children ineligible for baptism.

Mormonism is just a cult so this means squat. Their founder was a fraud and their second leader was a mass murderer.

Mormons hope they can at least save the children before they get corrupted.

I'd say this is a pretty rationalized and acceptable decision by the church. You cant punish the innocent for the actions of there parents.

It was a silly rule because the children of gay parents are actually not the parents of gay parents. One of thrm may be the father bit there is a natural mother somewhere.
