Rep. Bobby Rush calls Chicago police union the ’sworn enemy of black people’

Rep. Bobby Rush blasted the Chicago police union over the weekend as ’the sworn enemy of black people’. Rush was speaking at a press conference in support of the Cook County State’s Attorney office’s decision to dismiss all charges against Smollett. The union said that Rush’s comments were ’ignorant, offensive, malicious and false’.

So the police are doing there job and trying to fight the corruption that is Chicago and that makes them the enemy of black people? Last time I checked we don’t have a white nationalist problem in Chicago, we have a black on black gang violence problem. Gun stores across Illinois are being broken into and nothing but pistols are taken. But sure it’s the police who are the enemy of the black people.

Ha! The police are a byproduct of the political cesspool that is Chicago and Illinois for that matter. Keep listening to corrupt race baiters like this douche, Al Sharpton, Obama, Jesse Jackson and you will see black communities make no progress. In fact they will continue to get worse.

Black people in such areas need to get their act together. I lived in the black ghetto area of Detroit in the 80's and Joburg in the 90's. So I fully understand why white people desire to live separately.

The black community are the sworn enemy of the black community, and the sooner they get over their tedious 'victimhood' status the sooner they can join civilised society and actually attempt to contribute something positive, instead of blaming everyone and everything but themselves. The sooner they can resolve the deeply entrenched issues in their OWN communities.

Let me get this straight: We ask our first responders to fight on the frontline of the drug war. We then demonize them, even after some have said it can't be won. This kind of sanctimonius rhetoric leads to what we saw in Dallas and Louisiana in '16.
