State department bars 16 Saudis from US over Khashoggi murder

The US State Department on Monday barred 16 Saudi nationals from entering the country for their role in the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Those barred include Saud al-Qahtani, a close aide to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, found to be involved in ’significant corruption or gross violations of human rights’. The crown prince himself was not included on the list.
