I can't tell whether this is a case of someone who was not psychologically suited for police work, whether it was the natural progression of the stresses that come from a society portraying police as the enemy and thus targets for retribution, whether it was just a lack of training (which costs money), or simply a freak accident which happened because humans make mistakes. I don't believe this has anything at all to do with hatred or abuse of power, thus the worst I could classify this is manslaughter not murder.

Poor lady expecting the police to come and help only to be murdered by them.To serve and protect, BS in this case, smells of a cover up. Taking the law into your own hands is what will happen if you can’t trust the police. Camera off, not talking, has cover up written all over it.
