Ex-Obama White House Counsel expects to be charged over Ukraine case

Gregory Craig, a former White House Counsel in the Obama administration, expects to be indicted this week on charges stemming from work for Ukraine in 2012. Craig, White House Counsel for President Barack Obama for one year, is expected to be charged with making false statements to the DOJ but other charges could also be brought.

So journalists admit the charges stem from the Mueller probe. But the arrest wasn't announced until the investigation concluded? It seems a little curious since none of the charges announced under Mueller had anything to do with coollusion.
