Four people were shot dead at three locations within a 5 km (3.1 mile) radius, in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada, on Monday. The initial shooting incident was reported at 10:30 a.m. local time. About an hour after the first report, a 60 year old male suspect turned himself in. Preliminary indications are this was a targeted incident, although a motive for the shootings is still unknown.
