Parole granted for driver in deadly 1981 Brink’s heist

Judith Clark has been granted parole after serving more than 36 years for her role in the 1981 robbery and murders of two Nyack police officers and a Brinks armored car guard. Clark drove a getaway vehicle on Oct. 20, 1981, as a band of self-described revolutionaries killed Nyack police Sgt. Edward O’Grady and Officer Waverly ’Chipper’ Brown.

75 to life seems a bit excessive for her role as a driver. After so many years incarcerated, I think parole is appropriate here - the real question though will be if she can successfully integrate back in to society. That's a lot of years on the inside, and I'd give her about a 60/40 chance (in favor of) being ok vs having a mental break due to the overwhelming freedom is about to find herself with.
