Corporate America is beginning to embrace 420

Corporate America is beginning to embrace 420

As more American states legalize marijuana, businesses are beginning to embrace the holiday as a way to boost sales, with Carl’s jr. even introducing a hamburger infused with non-intoxicating CBD in a Denver restaurant. Brands like Ben & Jerry’s have previously asked consumers to call on lawmakers to expunge prior convictions and press for pardons or amnesty for anyone arrested for smoking.

For the love of God, legalize it already. Treat it like we treat alcohol and be done with it.

April the twentieth historically has its share of bad shit associated with it. Good that the balance is being redressed and it is now a celebration of good shit.

While I’m for it’s legalization, consider me the devil’s advocate here: I recently visited a theme park here in Florida when my toddler and I walked merrily through a HUGE cloud of rogue pot smoke. Two shitty guardians (possibly parents) were vaping up a storm in the toddler’s side of the park. That sucked! I know she got a contact high from it. That’s when I first considered the cons of legalizing it....at least restrict its use in openly public areas where toddler’s are roaming about.
