North Korean official issues mild rebuke of Bolton

On Wednesday John Bolton told Bloomberg that the negotiations would proceed with North Korea once there was a ’real indication’ that they were ready to give up their nuclear program. On Saturday state media cited top diplomat Choe Son Hui as calling Bolton’s remarks ’dim-sighted’ & ’non-sense’. Choe also warned to not just ’throw away such remarks devoid of discretion & reason.’

Not trying to say I'm morally aligned with NoKo, I'm not, but John Bolton is a warmongerer

I am happy to have criticism from North Korea. If they didn't criticize what we did we would know we are doing something wrong. The fact that they are lashing out shows we are still putting pressure on them. I would be worried the second North Korea starts praising us to much.

At least the administration is trying to negotiate some kind of dialogue with them. Even if it isn’t successful. Maybe secretly democrats have made a back door deal with NK? Telling them to snub trump until they get in power and they will take off the sanctions and give them money. Nothing would surprise me anymore.

Funny how NK does not allow any criticism in return. Take their name-calling as a badge of honor, don't let go of sanctions and gradually add pressure.

I have always admired Mr Bolton's no nonsense approach. Keep up the good work and the good fight John!
