Police focus turns to Illinois family in case of missing 5-year-old

Following a frantic search for a missing five-year-old boy, police have revealed that they do not believe he was abducted or wandered away from his Chicago home. The parents of Andrew ’AJ’ Freund told police on Thursday that they last saw their son when they put him to bed. Police are now placing a renewed focus on the home. There have been previous allegations of abuse against AJ’s mother.

Kid was born with opiates in his system, meaning the parents are drug users. Kid's scent found in truck of father's car. This kid is either dead or was sold for drug money. Either way, those parents out to be strung up.

Sadly this reads very much like what will be a tragic revelation in the end. Some kids really get dealt a terrible hand with their parents. I just can’t understand how anyone could harm their child. I hope justice finds these people.
