Measles infected another 71 people last week, CDC report shows

The US recorded 71 new measles cases last week, a 13 per cent increase as the country faces its second-worst outbreak of the disease in almost two decades. The US CDC said it had recorded 626 cases of the highly contagious disease in 22 states as of April 19, the highest rate of infection in five years. More than half the cases recorded this year occurred in New York City.

If I was a petty man I would say good riddance but sadly it is children who are more likely to die than the dumb ass adults who make the call.

Stupid people will believe this is because some are not vaccinated. Educated people will understand that a large percentage of those infected are already vaccinated. The myth that vaccinations will prevent outbreaks requires a completely ignorance of how vaccines work.

I love how when a disease we got rid of 15+ years ago pops back up people blame antivaxers. Don't question how it got back over here just blame the victims. Smallpox could pop back up and you would still blame antivaxers. Import the third world become the third world.

SO if we built a wall and required all immigrants to show proof of vaccination it would help a lot just saying....
