Trump sues to block House Democrats from obtaining his financial records

President Trump on Monday filed a suit to keep lawmakers from obtaining his financial records. The suit seeks to block a subpoena issued by the Democratic chairman of the US House Oversight Committee for information about Trump’s personal and business finances. The subpoena is ’invalid and unenforceable because it has no legitimate legislative purpose’, Trump’s lawyers said in a filing.

THe Constitution has clear information on the law as to what is required to be president Trump has met that. Trying to move the goal post or subvert the law will not help them remove him from the office he was voted into.
