Larry Hogan hits Trump over Mueller report as he mulls 2020 challenge

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan said Tuesday that special counsel Robert Mueller’s report ’certainly did not’ exonerate President Trump. ’There was some very disturbing stuff found in the report’, Hogan added. One of the instances, to which Hogan seemed to allude, involved Don McGahn, who claimed Trump asked him to fire Mueller in June 2017.

In other words “report was worded to make the president look bad, despite complete lack of any evidence of wrongdoing”

From the Conclusion of the Executive Summary, page 8 of volume two: "Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment , we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President 's conduct. The evidence we obtained about the President's actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgment. At the same time, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him." So Mueller said, "If there were any I could tell you he was innocent of obstruction of justice, I would..." Drops Mic https://cdn.cnn.com/cnn/2019/images/04/18/mueller-report-searchable.pdf

Seems like you want the President to have commited a crime and Muller, as the fixer, is wanting to keep is as vague and wishy washy as possible, so has to give you a hope that somehow and in some way, the President will be guilty of something.
