Ex-Christie aide sentenced to prison in ’Bridgegate’ scandal

A senior staff member for former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was sentenced Wednesday to 13 months in prison for her role in the ’Bridgegate’ scandal. Bridget Anne Kelly was serving as the Republican governor’s deputy chief of staff when she is alleged to have ’manufactured traffic problems’ to ’punish’ Mayor Mark Sokolich for not endorsing Christie during his bid for reelection.

What about Christie though? Is he facing anything from this? I’m unfamiliar with the situation.

Chris Christie was too busy eating lard on a private beach while begging Trump to let him lick the soles of his shoes to be at all responsible for this.

Such a non-scandal being peddled to smear an excellent Republican governor. At absolute worse this was just petty politics.
