Ex-officer cries in describing woman’s death

A former Minneapolis police officer on trial for fatally shooting an unarmed woman cried on the witness stand Thursday. Mohamed Noor, charged with murder and manslaughter in the 2017 death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, said he felt ’like my whole world came crashing down’ when he realized he had shot an innocent person.

Sounds to me like this guy is a quick-trigger. Also, not concluding or suggesting anything, but he had a dual American-Australian citizenship... NO employee for any level of government should be permitted to have dual citizenship. Either you're working for America (and ARE American,) or you're for someone else. That is a conflict of interest for government employees.
