Oregon judge to partially block new Trump abortion policy

A judge in Oregon said Tuesday that he intends to grant a preliminary injunction against rule changes by the Trump administration that could cut federal funding from clinics that refer patients to abortion providers. District Judge Michael McShane made the comments after more than three hours of arguments in a lawsuit brought by 20 states and the District of Columbia.

So we are totally cool with single payer healthcare, Medicare for all, or Obamacare. But when it comes to an extra step in getting an abortion that is the government being too involved. got it

We have got to fix this shit. The injunction power of a circuit judge was never supposed to extend outside their jurisdiction.

if you don't want an abortion don't get one. that's pretty much your responsibility and it ends there

the idea that simply not suggesting abortion is taking money from planned parenthood is crazy. we shouldn't beer funding it in the first place.

don't have an abortion if your circumstances don't support it. kind of ends there.
