Texas to gain 2 House seats while NY, CA to lose one seat each

Six states, mostly in the South and the Mountain regions, are set to gain seats in the U.S. House of Representatives based on updated population data results, the U.S. Census Bureau announced. To all those in the Great Exodus out of Democrat run states: Please, learn your lesson and leave those failed politics behind. You're moving to Republican states for a reason. Thank you.

Good to hear it. Hopefully the refugees leave their voting habits back in the failing states they fled from.

Now leave your failed policies in the decrepit states from which you came. We have enough garbage to deal with in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and El Paso.

My friend is in a homeowner association. He recently told me they had a newcomer meeting of people that recently moved into the expanding neighborhood. He told me that more than half of them were from California. Extrapolate that to other areas, and you'll find a massive exodus of people flowing out of certain states and into other states. Please, if you move somewhere do not take your voting habits with you. Recognize that you are moving into a new area and you should subsume yourself to the local culture.

And so this is how america crumbles. Failed policies in other states forcing migration to other states where people actually work and too busy to make up nonsense bills. Now they'll infilatrate our state's and make them $hïttîër then the place they left from. Thanks? I personally feel as though if you vote for a state politician of any kind or vote on a bill in your city or state. Then you dislike those failed policies you should be forced to live there for at least 10 years so you can think about your actions and what led to this particular situation. Perhaps people will start thinking twice about who and what they support. Those who don't participate in the voting process are free to move where ever they like.

No wonder because a majority hate or are neutral toward Biden (if we exclude his base that voted for him)

I wonder how happy all those people were that moved to Texas and got sacked with a 16 billion dollar electric bill and massive blackouts as a direct result of their failed policies. 🤣

The Census counts all persons, not just all citizens. Domestic migration is part of it. People leaving California and New York to Texas and Florida. Lower taxes and less snow. People do want to retire where they don't have to shovel snow in mid-April. Snow belt got 6+ inches last week. The Census counts everyone, citizen and non citizen (legal or not). Only citizens get to vote on who that representative actually is even though that person is supposed to represent everyone regardless of party, citizenship, or legal resident status. So as more and more people that can't vote flood into Texas from Mexico, Texas Census numbers explode. More and more representatives for Texas. Is this why democrats are so desperate to grant automatic citizenship for everyone crossing the border? Simply granting legal resident alien status grants everything they claim they want immediately - safety and economic opportunities. They can earn citizenship in time through the existing legal process. Maybe California, Oregon, Washington, Minnesota, and New York would like to absorb a few million people to shore up their Census counts come 2030.

Hey Republicans you mean "great policies" like Desantes giving corporations a giant tax break and making the public pay for it?

Commie California exporting it's politics to other states. It's like a virus. It infects everything it touches.

Hmm, so California can grow by 6%, and still lose a seat. Interesting.
