Socialists win election in Spain but need agreements to form government

PSOE has been the most voted party with 123 seats in the Congress. However its leader, Pedro Sanchez will needs to agree with Unidas Podemos and other regional parties to form government. Populars, the traditional right Party, has failed even though it has been second biggest party with 65 seats. The far-right party Vox comes into the Parliament for the first time with 24 seats.
