UN gives Mozambique $13 million for Cyclone Kenneth damage

Rescue efforts continued to be strained as rains grounded aid flights in northern Mozambique for a second day on Monday. Cyclone Kenneth has claimed at least 38 so far. Around 168,000 people have been affected. The UN said it had released $13 million in emergency funds for Mozambique and the Comoros to provide food and water and repair infrastructure.
