Suit filed in case of 4 girls claiming school strip-search

The parents of four 12-year-old girls who say they were illegally strip-searched in school are suing an upstate NY district in federal court. The civil rights lawsuit seeks unspecified financial damages at trial and was filed Monday. It names the Binghamton City School District and Board of Education, as well as a middle school principal, assistant principal and nurse.

Strip searches > sues 15 weeks later for racial profiling Something smells fishy here. If my 12yo was strip searched in school I would be going at them with accusations of sexual deviance, not racial profiling. Also, why wouldn't the accusation come out straight away? Why wait 3.5 months? I wonder if the girl's were already on the brink of expulsion? Could be motivation to make up a story.

Daily mail starts the article naming the race of the parents and its being pushed by the NAACP? Probably bullshit

What does the picture of the homo with lipstick and painted nails have to do with the story?

So the girls claim they were stripped searched. The school officials deny this happened. If the girls are bringing up the case they must have some proof, right? If not why any court would listen to this case is astounding.
