Vodafone found security flaws in Huawei equipment in 2011, 2012

Vodafone apparently discovered hidden backdoors in Huawei equipment as far back as 2011. The company found vulnerabilities in routers and other equipment that could have given Huawei unauthorized access to its network in Italy. Vodafone and Huawei said though that these vulnerabilities were addressed in 2011 and 2012.

These issues were "addressed" huh? Still not trusting the company that has been proven to have backdoor access built in.
