Alabama bill banning nearly all abortions passes House almost unanimously

A bill in Alabama banning nearly all abortions passed the House of Representatives Tuesday comfortably with only three lawmakers voting against the measure. State Rep. Terri Collins, a sponsor of the measure, said the bill is intended to go all the way up to the Supreme Court and challenge Roe v. Wade. The bill does not include any exceptions for cases where rape or incest caused the pregnancy.

I think it’s more trying to make a name for herself rather than actual law the idea of not even banning abortion in cases of rape or incest is guaranteed to fail. Even tmost pro lifers think that’s too much they know it wont pass.

really bad policy. a women should get to make the choice to do with her own body as she pleases. she is the one that makes decision if she wants that life to be born and become a person. if u are for freedom then stop supporting laws that take it away.
