Barr ’surprised’ Mueller didn’t decide if Trump obstructed justice

AG William Barr said he was ’surprised’ when special counsel Mueller told him he wouldn’t reach a decision on whether President Trump tried to obstruct justice. Barr said he pressed Mueller on why he wouldn’t make a decision, but ’he said that his team was still formulating the explanation’.

Barr's team pressed Mueller several times inquiring why his team chose NOT to make any conclusion. Barr also offered Mueller the opportunity to review his 4-page summary prior to its release to Congress, which Mueller declined. It appears that Mueller tried to leave his choices vague enough that depending ones political leanings, they could read it however they chose.

The guy who wrote the paper saying that the President cannot be indicted by the judicial system is surprised Mueller thought the same? How? This is the one guy I expected would immediately understand lol
