Pentagon says military killed 120 civilians in 2018; Zero in Yemen

The US military killed 120 civilians in strikes, raids and firefights across two continents in 2018, the Pentagon said Thursday. The number is far lower than what watchdog groups have reported. As per the Pentagon, 42 civilians were killed in Iraq and Syria, 76 in Afghanistan and two in Somalia. The report concluded there were no civilians killed in Yemen during US airstrikes.
