Shares of fake meat maker Beyond Meat soared 163 per cent Thursday, making it the most successful IPO since the financial crisis. The stock closed at $65.75 a share on its first day of trading on the Nasdaq after being priced at $25 a share in the IPO. The surge values Beyond Meat at $3.83 billion.

Im a medical student and every time iron is mentioned in a lecture or case study, they always mention that it is impossible to get enough iron in a vegan diet without supplementation... and guess what iron supplements do? constipate you: which requires more drugs to prevent. Fuck off with your kale and spinach "is all the iron you need" bullshit. You need to consume the haemoglobin, myoglobin etc of other animals which contains the iron required. Humans evolved with that need and is partially responsible for our evolution into such an intelligent species.
