Verizon Communications is seeking a buyer for its blogging website Tumblr. The ongoing sale process comes as the wireless carrier tries to improve the fortunes of Verizon Media Group, the digital media umbrella that owns more than 50 brands, including HuffPost, TechCrunch and Tumblr.

They bought it just to purge the porn and then immediately sell it off. What in the hell. Who is the individual responsible for this? This has to be some obsenely rich person's pet project to remove a blog that included nudes they didn't want to be public anymore. And they just used the weight of a huge corporation to do it for them.
