Minneapolis reaches record settlement in the shooting death of Justine Damond.

Minneapolis settles the civil suit brought by the family Justine Ruszcyzk Damond. The settlement agreement of $20M is the largest in the history of Minneapolis. The settlement came days after the guilty verdict in the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Muhammad Noor for the shooting death of Ms Damond.
