Stray bullet kills reporter for NPR affiliate in Kansas City

A 24-year-old journalist for a Kansas City public radio station died after being struck by a stray bullet that pierced a window in her apartment. Aviva Okeson-Haberman, a journalist for Kansas City’s NPR station KCUR, was found unconscious in her apartment Friday by a colleague. She died Sunday from the gunshot wound. An investigation is ongoing.

How can they be sure this was a stray bullet? Was it labelled,"stray bullet, ignore"? Is it just coincidental that Anti-Semitic attacks are spiking since Biden essentially halted border construction and known terrorists have been arrested after illegally entering there?

It was just a shot into the air, to scare a kid so she would drop the knife she was using to attack another kid. Perfectly acceptable mostly peaceful bullet
