CFPB proposes rule to limit debt collectors’ calls

Federal regulators proposed a new rule on Tuesday to curb debt collectors’ calls to delinquent borrowers. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s new rule would limit the number of times that debt collectors can call past-due borrowers to no more than seven times a week. However, the new rules did not specify restrictions on how much collectors can email or text borrowers.

Ok, essentially they can text, email, etc. anyway, but this "limits" debt collector's ability to call... so nothing has really changed, including the difficulty in proving that they are making too many calls and Trump did this how? Deranged @$$ media.
