Former AFL-CIO trade specialist Celeste Drake named as ’Made in America’ chief

Celeste Drake was named by President Biden to a new position in the White House budget office to oversee Mr. Biden’s ’Made in America’ agenda. Drake, who has served as a top executive at the Directors Guild of America, was tapped as the 1st ’Made in America Director’ at the Office of Management and Budget, and will oversee federal procurement and policies aimed at promoting domestic manufacturing.
