Trump, NYT shows tax returns have over $1 billion in losses

It has been revealed that Trump’s tax returns from the years of 1985 to 1993 show over $1 Billion dollars in losses. This has been most commonly attributed to Trump’s bankruptcy in the 90’s leading to solvency issues for the Casino. The California Senate passed a bill that would keep Donald Trump off the 2020 ballot until he releases his tax returns.

From 85-94. Love how only the centrist sites say that bit in the headline. So in a decade, over 2 decades ago, he failed... as though not everyone already knew about his casino, steak company, and Trump college.

Lost a billion, still worth over a billion. Also, irrelevant. The real question is how politicians making 100kish a year having their net worth go to the hundreds of millions in about a decade.

I wanna know how politicians only making 150 grand a year have a net worth of 10, 20, 50, 100, 300 million dollars. I DONT CARE ABOUT TRUMPS, he’s not a career politician.

Do all of you far leftists not understand what failure is? It's necessary in life. You should all know. Apparently, you've all done just that your entire lives. Just on a smaller scale and in a larger portion on your own lives. I'm not going to apologize for that comment, so don't ask me to. I was a liberal before I grew up and took responsibility. Welcome to life. You wish you could've aborted me before I got here to make this comment. Good day to you.

Even if we take this at face value, what does it matter? Businesses make money, businesses lose money, where's the crime?

Just show your tax returns to prove it. But of course, you won't, as it would prove the report is true and as always you are the creator of fake news.

"The Times did not obtain Trump's tax returns, but someone who had legal access to the returns gave the newspaper information about their contents" oh look, democrats leaking to democrats. Didn't we already know he maximised his declared losses to not pay tax?
