Penn State professor accused of kidnapping two women while driving for Uber

An Uber driver in Pittsburgh has been accused of kidnapping after he allegedly locked two women in his car and tried to drive them somewhere that was not the destination requested. Richard Lomotey, 36, an assistant professor at Pennsylvania State University, was arrested and booked on two counts each of kidnapping, false imprisonment and harassment. The women were able to open the door and escape.
