The Supreme Court’s liberals fear potential future overturning of Roe v. Wade

On May 13, the Supreme Court overturned a previous decision from the 1979 case Nevada v. Hall, which ruled that citizens may sue a state in another state’s court. On Monday, the Supreme court’s ruling gave states immunity from lawsuits brought up by parties in the courts of other states. The overturning of precedent has created a fear that other decisions may be overturned, such as Roe v. Wade.

Roe v. Wade was the supreme court legislating from the bench on a mere technicality. If the left thinks abortion is so important and constitutional they should go through the proper channels not stack the SCOTUS up and weasel their way into a broad decision that legalizes infanticide.

Overturning Roe v Wade won't end abortion. All it does is that it returns the legislative power back to the states so that they can choose whether or not abortion is legal. So my home state of California would legalize abortion, and you'd have people from Texas and Arizona flooding here so that they can kill their children. It doesn't actually solve the problem from a pro-life stance.

I do so love how liberals find precedent indispensible when the outcome is something they agree with. An aside: "Roe" grew up to be a brilliant anti-abortion advocate.

Democrat appointed jurists to the Supreme Court were also fine with the Dredd Scott opinion stating that persons of African ancestry could not claim citizenship in the United States, until a Republican President made the Emancipation Proclamation in 1863 and history followed.

Great. I defy anyone to show me a right to privacy in the Constitution that would allow for harm to another living thing not even just another human being. If you need 9 individuals in Washington to force your agenda down the throats of the states...perhaps you need to rethink your agenda and your view of self governance and liberty.

Roe versus Wade was a disgusting partisan judgement which badly needs to be reviewed. It is the worst case of legislating from the bench in American history. Late term abortion is unconscionable and tantamount to murder. Every western nation places limits except America. Millions of Americans who disagree with late term abortion pay taxes which are given to 'planned parenthood' to perform such abortions. 'Planned parenthood' is a massive contradiction in terms. Women go to PP to get rid of their unborn because their pregnancies are very much 'unplanned'. Many of these women use abortion on demand as a firmif contraception which is about as low and disgusting any human being can sink, especially considering they expect other people to pay for their lack of self control and stupidity for not using contraceptives.

Gotta keep the population stacked with poor unwanted children so there’s plenty of bodies to work low wage positions. God knows our leaders don’t want to keep importing labor from other countries so let’s make sure the people here cant have abortions, birth control, or easy access to condoms.

I am not technically anti abortion but at this point these morons have been so obnoxious I want to see it overturned just for the salt.

As backwards as this shit is, I'm always going to be in favour of decentralisation. The states that pull this shit will get their way, but by doing so, will have to face the consequences of becoming essentially a third world country. Or it could go well and we can learn from their example.

Then maybe you shouldn't have abused that privilege.
