’Bathroom bill’ sponsor Bishop wins North Carolina GOP primary

A state senator who was a leading sponsor of North Carolina’s ’bathroom bill’ won a decisive victory on Tuesday in a special primary to choose the Republican nominee for a rerun of a 2018 congressional race marred by election fraud. Sen. Dan Bishop bested his nine Republican rivals with nearly 48 per cent of the votes cast. Bishop will face Democrat Dan McCready in September.

The republicans in that district barely even won with their best candidate and a man who was literally rigging the election for them. This looks like an easy future democratic win.
